Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant that horses obtain through consumption of fresh forage material. Horses with restricted access to fresh forage, including many “easy keepers” and equine athletes, may not consume an adequate amount of Vitamin E, and this can reduce horse health and performance.
Vitamin E protects tissues from free radicals. Normal food metabolism and exercise are the primary sources of free radical generation. Equine athletes generate elevated amounts of free radicals due to their increased feed demand and strenuous training regimens. Vitamin E supplementation may support performance and normal recovery times in equine athletes by optimizing the amount of free radicals present in the body.
Equithrive® Vitamin E Pellets deliver natural vitamin E to muscle, brain and nerve to support healthy levels of free radicals in these tissues. Research studies have demonstrated that the natural form of vitamin E contained in Equithrive Vitamin E Pellets is significantly more bioavailable than the less expensive synthetic forms that are present in many feeds and supplements. This product also contains Omega 3 fatty acids that support a healthy inflammatory response in the horse’s body.
Use Equithrive Vitmain E Pellets on a daily basis to support the health and performance of your horse by optimizing free radical levels and promoting a healthy inflammatory response.
