Founder and President

After beginning his career as a biopharmaceutical research scientist, Dr. Lawless shifted his expertise to animal health in 2008 with the establishment of Thrive Animal Health. His expertise in product formulation, research, and manufacturing, are invaluable assets to the company.

Working under Dr. Pat's leadership is a nimble and experienced team, each with multiple years of experience at Thrive Animal Health. This continuity has fostered a culture of pride and efficiency not found in many companies today.
